Ця Політика конфіденційності поширюється на розширену версію додатку ToothFairy4 Doctor ImPerio та додатки nHealth і nHealth doctor та визначає порядок збору, використання, зберігання та захисту даних користувачів.

Збір та використання даних
Під час першої авторизації в обліковому записі, а також після закінчення терміну його дії, користувачеві може бути запропоновано вказати номер телефону для підтвердження доступу до облікового запису.
Перевірка номера телефону здійснюється локально. Дані, що надходять із сервера, передаються у зашифрованому вигляді.
Номер телефону використовується виключно для підтвердження та актуалізації даних доступу і не передається третім особам.
Додатки можуть збирати та обробляти дані, необхідні для їхньої роботи, авторизації користувача, надання доступу до функціоналу та збереження інформації, створеної користувачем.
Зібрані дані використовуються виключно для забезпечення роботи додатків та пов’язаних із ними сервісів і не передаються третім особам, крім випадків, передбачених законодавством України.

Доступ до галереї пристрою
Додаток може запитувати доступ до галереї пристрою.
Такий доступ використовується виключно для забезпечення функціональності та дизайнерських можливостей додатку. Дані з галереї обробляються локально та не передаються третім особам.

Дані, створені користувачем
Нотатки та інша інформація, створена користувачем у додатку, використовуються для забезпечення роботи відповідного облікового запису.
Доступ до таких даних надається в межах відповідного облікового запису та не передається третім особам.

Зберігання даних
Дані користувача зберігаються протягом періоду, необхідного для забезпечення роботи облікового запису та функціонування відповідного додатку.
Після припинення використання сервісу або отримання запиту на видалення дані можуть бути видалені відповідно до встановленої процедури та вимог чинного законодавства.

Видалення даних
Користувач має право звернутися із запитом на видалення своїх даних.
Оскільки додатки не містять окремого інструменту для самостійного видалення даних, для подання запиту необхідно звернутися до служби технічної підтримки за такими контактними даними:

VikiSoft вживає необхідних організаційних і технічних заходів для захисту даних користувачів від несанкціонованого доступу, використання, зміни або розголошення.
Дані, що передаються між додатками та сервером, можуть передаватися у зашифрованому вигляді.

У разі зміни функціональності додатків, способів збору або використання даних, а також розширення доступу додатків до даних користувача відповідні зміни будуть відображені в цій Політиці конфіденційності.

This Privacy Policy applies to the extended version of the ToothFairy4 Doctor ImPerio application and the nHealth and nHealth doctor applications and defines the procedures for collecting, using, storing, and protecting user data.

The applications may collect and process data necessary for their operation, user authentication, access to application functionality, and storage of information created by the user.
The collected data is used exclusively to ensure the operation of the applications and related services and is not shared with third parties, except where required by the legislation of Ukraine.

The application may request access to the device gallery.
Such access is used exclusively to provide the application’s functionality and design-related features. Gallery data is processed locally and is not shared with third parties.

User-Generated Data
Notes and other information created by the user within the application are used to support the operation of the relevant account.
Access to such data is provided within the respective account and is not shared with third parties.

Data Storage
User data is stored for the period necessary to maintain the account and ensure the proper functioning of the relevant application.
After the service is discontinued or a request for data deletion is received, the data may be deleted in accordance with the established procedure and applicable legislation.
